Festival committee has taken a lead role in celebrating all national & religious festivals in the township to cheer up atmosphere.

Festival committee also organises cultural programs like music, drama, dayaro and dances twice a month, for the entertainment of the employees and their families after office hours.

Celebration of Independence Day & Republic Day

Independence Day & Republic Day are celebrated every year by Flag hoisting followed by cultural program by children of F N School.

Fertilizernagar township is equipped with shopping centre to fulfill basic needs of residents of the township & surrounding areas. It has got a small cafeteria too.

Nearly 2900 students (wards of GSFC Employees & outsiders) are availing education from K.G. to 12th Std. (Both Gujarati & English mediums) with Science & General Stream.
The school is equipped with modern facilities and has a good track record of sports & extra-curricular activities.
Many students has also participated and reached to National level in sports events.
