• GSFC Won “Outstanding Performance with Gold 4 Star Trophy” in Workplace OHSE Excellence Award by World Safety Organization
  

  Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, a leading fertilizers and chemicals company promoted by the Gujarat government, have been awarded Outstanding Performance with Gold 4 Star trophy for Workplace OHSE Excellence for our Baroda Unit at Chennai, on Tuesday, 22nd August 2023 organized by WSO India.

  The World Safety Organization (WSO) was founded in 1975 as a result of an international conference, organized by the Safety Organization of the Philippines Inc. (SOPI), in Manila, Philippines.

  World Safety Organization National Office for India established since 2016, WSO’s operational principles are fully aligned with the World Safety Organization Management Center in USA. WSO Management Center has dedicated Representatives in the United Nations in New York, Geneva and Vienna. WSO are operating this office under the rules, regulation and bylaws of the WSO Management Center in the US.

• HSE EXCELLENCE IN CHEMICAL BY SYNNEX GROUP
  

  GUJARAT STATE FERTILIZERS & CHEMICALS LIMITED has won HSE EXCELLENCE IN CHEMICAL Award for our Baroda Unit at New Delhi on Friday, 16th December 2022 organized by Synnex Group.
• FAI Environment Protection Award in the NP/NPK fertilizer plants
  

  To encourage the industry's efforts in protecting environment, the Fertiliser Association of India instituted Annual Awards for the best performance in Environmental Protection by a fertilizer plant. Two Awards are given in the NP/NPK complex fertilizer plants category; one each for plants based on captive acid and imported acid. Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, Sikka has been awarded the FAI Environment Protection Award in the NP/NPK fertilizer plants without captive acids category for the year 2021-22.

  Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited has been awarded with an appreciation certificate by Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. The certificate shows acknowledgement and appreciation for the punctual and prompt compliance with the Goods and Service Tax and its rules in the financial year 2021-22.

• India Green Energy Awards 2020
  

  The Indian Federation of Green Energy (IFGE), an Organization supported by Government of India confers 3rd edition of its flagship award - “India Green Energy Awards 2020” in partnership with Care Ratings to encourage national renewable energy sector in its totality – bio energy, solar, wind, hydro, tidal and Green energy initiative in Electrical Vehicles.
  Excellence in Performance and Achievements by Green Energy sector nominees are scrutinized by team of experts like Director General (ISA), Director TERI, MD SECI, IREDA Chair Professor and Senior Director of Care Ratings Ltd.
  Team from Energy Management Cell (EMC), GSFC participated in category of ‘Outstanding Renewable Energy generation Projects in the Public/Private Sector – Wind’ & was awarded as ‘Winner ‘for its 18MW Adodar (Porbandar) Wind farm site and had submitted a detailed report as per jury member’s requirement consisting all life cycle details for this wind farm site.
  The Award was presented by Honorable Minister of Road, Transport and Highways (India) - Shri Nitin Gadkari and Chief Guest Shri Bhagwant Khuba, Honorable Minister of State for New and Renewable Energy, Chemicals and Fertilizers in an Award Ceremony organized at Delhi on Wednesday, 20th October 2021.

• GSFC wins ICC Award – Excellence in Human Resource Management
  

  The Indian Chemical Council (ICC), established in 1938, is an apex national body that is committed to representing and flourishing the Indian chemical industry. ICC organizes various seminars and events for circulating information about the safety, health and environment related issues to the Indian chemical industry. The ICC Annual Awards, given under various categories, are prestigious and prized by the industry.
  Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Limited, a leading fertilizers and chemicals company promoted by the Gujarat government, has been awarded Excellence in Human Resource Management in the Chemical Industry by ICC.
  The prestigious award was presented to GSFC in a virtual ceremony organized at Mumbai on 24th September, 2021. The event was attended by eminent personalities like Shri Mansukh L. Mandaviya (Hon’ble Minister for Health & Family Welfare and Chemicals & Fertilizers, Government of India), Dr. Martin Brudermuller (President- International Council of Chemical Associations) and Shri Yogendra Tripathi, I.A.S. (Secretary, Chemicals & Petrochemicals, Government of India).
• GSFC wins 1st prize in Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav by Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change
  In the celebration of 75 years of Indian Independence, Government of India has launched an initiative Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav to commemorate the incredible history of its people, culture and achievements. Under the initiative, Ministry of Enviroment, Forest and Climate Change’s Bhopal regional office had organized an essay writing competition on various topics.
  GSFC participated in the competition by submitting the essay on the topic ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat – Role of Industries’. Amongst the 29 participating industries, GSFC bagged the first prize for its Hindi article on the given topic.

• GSFC receives “SKOCH Order of Merit” Award
  GSFC competed for the said Award by presenting its project “Managing Emotions, Enhancing Motivation in times of Covid-19 - The GSFC Way”, where GSFC shared its Challenges during Emergency Lockdown, when Company was shut, and when it reopened. The proactive and responsive Strategies taken up for its employees, dependents, community and Country to fight COVID in an essential service set up.   Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd. (GSFC) has been recognized as “Top 50 Organizations with Innovative HR Practices (PSUs)” and was felicitated at 17th Edition of the Asia Pacific HRM Congress, presented by Times Ascent, at Bengaluru on 4th September, 2018.

  Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited (GSFC) was conferred with ‘Model Employer’ award in the Exempted category by the Ministry of Labour and Employment, Government of India on 1st May, 2018 in New Delhi. The award was presented by Hon. Minister for Road Transport & Highways, Shipping and Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation, Shri Nitin Gadkari and Minister of State (Independent Charge), Labour and Employment, Govt. of India, Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar to Mr. V D Nanavaty, Executive Director (Finance) & CFO of the company.

  Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Ltd., Sikka Unit has won the FAI Environmental Protection Award in the NP/NPK fertilizers plants without captive acids category for the year 2017-18.
  The Award was presented by the Chief Guest at the inaugural function of the FAI Annual Seminar 2018 in New Delhi on Wednesday, the 5th December 2018.
